"content": "---\r\ntitle: Why Am I Always Sleepy?\r\nslug: '55'\r\ndate: 2023-04-07 22:04:51\r\ncategories:\r\n- life\r\ntags:\r\n- chat\r\nmood: happy\r\n---\r\n\r\n近几天熬夜导致生物钟混乱,确实不知道熬夜在干什么,今天好不容易已下定决心不再熬夜,每天的和室友的口号就是“不再熬夜”,一天也没做到,希望今天能完成吧。对于我来说,其实最大的问题不是熬夜,而是在于我即便睡了多久我都会感到困顿,这才是令我困扰的,自从成年以后我的睡眠时间就趋近于稳定,每天固定7个半小时左右,上大学后令我最难受的就是室友们都没有午休的习惯,只有我一个人会午休,对于一个从小到大都有午休的人来说,如果不午休的话,接下来下午时光都是垮掉的,只不过到了一个环境中就要适应变化,尽量如何调整到不午休也能做到整天精神饱满完成各类学习任务。如何改变自己这种每天都困顿的状态?所谓寻其因,治其果,接下来我们共同寻找。\r\n\r\n### 原因\r\n\r\n#### 饮食习惯\r\n人的饮食是身体最重要的一部分,活动的能量来自于食物,过度嗜睡的一些与饮食相关的原因包括:\r\n- 维生素和矿物质的缺乏,特别是铁、维生素B12和维生素D的缺乏\r\n- 血糖水平的变化会限制身体向细胞输送能量的能力\r\n- 过量饮酒\r\n- 消耗太多咖啡因\r\n\r\n> 原文:Failing to eat a balanced diet or skipping meals can lead to poor nutrition.\r\n\r\n**Tips:可能只需要简单的饮食改变或补充所需营养元素。**\r\n#### 压力问题\r\n大环境下每个人的压力愈加繁重,尤其是疫情期间每个人都会承担各种压力,比如我室友因为准备考研每天都很焦虑。压力和睡眠问题算得上一对“难兄难弟”,压力会导致睡眠问题,睡眠问题又会反馈压力。有研究发现,睡个好觉对于面对压力事件有着极大的帮助,并且能够帮助人们塑造积极正向情绪,从而减少逃避困难情绪。睡觉同样能够带来快乐。\r\n#### 脱水问题\r\n人体重量的50%和60%都是水(数据来源有待考证,另多数说法为60%~70%)。\r\n\r\n> 原文:When you don't get enough fluids on a regular basis, you may feel more tired than usual and low on energy. \r\n\r\nTips:每天至少喝 6 到 8 杯水。除了饮用白开水外,还可以通过加入西瓜和黄瓜等水果来保证摄入水量。\r\n#### 病理原因\r\n有时候感到睡不饱、容易疲倦、精神不足可能不是由外部原因引起的,尤其是已患过新冠疫情之后身体发生一些巧妙的变化。\r\n- **贫血**\r\n- 免疫性疾病\r\n- 慢性疲劳综合症\r\n- 慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)\r\n- **抑郁症**\r\n- 糖尿病\r\n- 纤维肌痛\r\n- 心脏病(癌症和化疗期间也出现这种状况)\r\n- 更年期\r\n- 怀孕期间\r\n- 甲状腺疾病(甲减)\r\n> 原文:Drowsiness and fatigue are common side effects of medications.
